This is quite a versatile tool that combines four important functions in one. As well as being a good quality digital protractor it also provides you with an angle finder, cut calculator and level as well. The protractor allows you to find the angle and then has a memory feature that will store the angle. The job is made even easier with a miter cut calculator and an expanded input range for compound cut measurements.

This is the smaller version in the range of digital protractors in the Husky range. It is ideal for measuring angles when dealing in tight spaces. The measurement runs to 5 inches in length along the stainless steel arms and the angle readings are displayed on an easy to read LCD screen.

When you have found your angle it is possible to lock the arms using the knurled locking nut and freeze the measurement using the hold function. To make it even simpler to use in all conditions the measuring rulers have a reverse angle function built into them.

This protractor is made from stainless steel and features 2 blades, one consists of a 7 inch measure while the other provides a 4 inch measure. The photo etched gradations are in both inch and metric. When the digital display is on the reading will adjust as the arms are moved and it is possible to press hold so that the angle measurement is set and remembered. The blades can also be locked to retain the required angle.

It is possible to use the protractor to measure both inside and outside angles. The blades will rotate the full 360 degrees to give you the widest possible angle measurements. The LCD display screen provides a clear and easy to read display and the angles are measured in 0.05 degree increments. It can also be used to get a reverse reading to help with difficult angle calculations. The protractor measures angles from 0 to 360 degrees. Although the 0.05 degree accuracy is very good, it is still not going to suit the needs of those who require a higher degree of precision.

The digital display is easy to read and has a built-in auto shutoff feature that will help to extend the life of the battery. It is possible to reset to zero at any position. It is powered by a 3.0V CR2032 battery.

The noted negative comments about this tool surround its flimsy nature and the fact that it is prone to failing after only a few weeks of consistent use. Those that do work have been found to be accurate to within the stated parameters.

This is a stainless steel constructed protractor that has been built to provide a reliable and durable angle finder that features both standard and metric gradations. The large digital readout also means that it is possible to view the angles real time to measure inside, outside and reverse angles.

Using the digital display is simple with buttons available to activate the reverse angle function and hold the measurement so that it is saved. This is an outstanding low-cost protractor that has proven itself to be able to measure angles to a very high level of accuracy. Although the metal that comprises the blades appears thin and flimsy the edges are straight and true and there is a high level of reliability about it. The measured accuracy that most people have found is to +/- 0.1 degree.

In this case the protractor blades are 200mm in length and the gradations are etched in both standard and metric. It is possible to lock the blades at any angle by applying the integrated friction hold knob.

The digital display is easy to read although the surrounding frame is light plastic. It is necessary to set zero and from there the angles can be relied upon.

When the protractor is not in use, the digital display readout will power itself down after 6 minutes and go into a standby mode. There is also an on/off switch and by holding it down for 3 seconds the display will turn off completely. This is considered one of the better low-cost digital protractors available.
